FLAT PLATE METAL DETECTOR – SINGLE SENSING FACE

METAL SHARK® FL metal detectors are typically used for the inspection of material with low-burden depths < 250mm (10”), for flat belt and vibratory conveyors as well as for applications in non-wovens, and textiles.

This detector is available in widths of 450 – 4,000 mm (18” to 157”). Due to the high sensitivity of the FL models, even tiny magnetic and non-magnetic metal particles (e.g. iron, aluminum and stainless steel) are detected across the entire width.

• Fe ø 0.8mm (1/32”) sphere
• Non-Fe ø 1mm (3/64”) sphere
• Stainless ø Typically 20% larger than non-ferrous
